Damaged Box, no reply

This game looks precious, but we have not used it. It was meant to be a gift, but we cannot give it because the box is damaged. When it arrived from Gaudie and Company in the mail, the game box was majorly dented. Certainly not what I expect for such an expensive product. I emailed the address given by the company to notify them of defective products immediately and never heard back. Very disappointing.

I’m so sorry to hear that the box arrived damaged, especially since it was meant to be a gift. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

I also want to apologize for the lack of response. It looks like your email was sent to an address we don’t monitor regularly, so unfortunately I missed it at the time. That’s on us, and I’m really sorry about that.

The good news is we still have two of these games in stock, and I’d be more than happy to exchange it for you so you have a perfect one to gift.

If you’re able to mail the damaged one back to us, I will personally make sure a replacement is sent out right away.
